Cassandra Mouton is an author and entrepreneur; born and raised in Houston, TX. She always knew she wanted to be the BOSS one day but had to figure out how she was going to do it. Cassandra created a path along the way for herself and continues to make the journey of entrepreneurship. Cassandra has a bachelor degree in Social Work, a Masters degree in Business Administration, and a Masters degree in Human Resources with a concentration in Project Management. She always said that although you may hire someone to take care of your business operations, it is always smart to still know and understand what’s being done in your business.

Cassandra is the owner and project manager of A&D Management, LLC., a management and consulting company that has managed and consulted on various federal, state, local, and non-profit projects. She has consulted, planned, and problem solved with entrepreneurs and individuals wanting to take the leap of starting in the entrepreneurial journey. Not only that but she also enjoys working with school age kids who have a desire of being an entrepreneur and an author.

Cassandra’s 1st book, “Pulling the Wolf out of the Sheep: An Entrepreneur’s Quick Guide and Workbook” was on Amazon’s Best Seller list. It entails some of the key tools that are needed when becoming an entrepreneur.
